Submission will be rigorously reviewed, and should clearly make the case for a documented improvement over the existing state-of-the-arts. Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be included into ICSCN2021 Conference Proceedings (ICNSER was renamed as ICSCN since 2021) which will be published and submitted to online database.
